Villa E is a multi-functioned private housing project located in Çatalca-the northern countryside of Istanbul. The project sits on 4.000 m² sloped site and includes 2.000 m² built area. The need for two seperated houses at one single block in the design program, was a significant input to determine the shape of the building. The project of Villa E has proposed outdoor spaces like open kitchen and terrace combined to the block, a swimming pool, a home-gym and home cinema for the houses. The mass of the housing block was designed considering existed climate condititons and physical properties of the land.
